Agents Binding Authority Addendum
All personal lines’ new business is to be submitted via the Company’s BLUE360 system. BLUE360 will enable the authorized Agent of the Company to bind business based on eligibility criteria determined by the Company.
All commercial lines’ new business is to be submitted to a Company Underwriter. The Company Underwriter shall determine whether to offer the authorized Agent a quote proposal or not.
All personal and commercial lines change requests, endorsements, etc., regardless of whether premium bearing or non-premium bearing, are subject to Company Underwriter approval. The Company reserves the right to change Agent’s binding authority without prior notice.
