We look to do business with agencies that are front line Underwriters and have a vestedinterest in growing a profitable book of business with us as a long-term business partner.

We offer support in various forms.We provide training with our Underwriting teams who offer assistance with systems training as well asUW Guidelines.Our Marketing team offers discussions with Appetite and marketing opportunities such as communityevents and various sponsorships.We look to have our newly appointed agents visit our offices to meet the staff. This is still very much arelationship industry/business, and we look to grow and strengthen such relations along the way.Meeting the teams in-person where/when possible is the preferred method, but we do offerTEAMs/virtual sessions to meet the staff and assigned Underwriters.

How does the commission structure work?

We offer a very competitive commission structure by line of business for new & renewal business.
We also offer a competitive Contingent Commission Bonus for agents who qualify based on Written
Premium, New Business premium, positive loss ratio, and growth.
