All personal lines of new business are to be submitted via the Company’s BLUE360 system. BLUE360 will enable the Company’s authorized Agent to bind business based on eligibility criteria determined by the Company.
All new commercial lines business must be submitted to a Company Underwriter. The Company Underwriter will determine whether to offer the authorized Agent a quote proposal.
All personal and commercial lines change requests, endorsements, etc., regardless of whether premium-bearing or non-premium-bearing, are subject to Company Underwriter approval. The Company reserves the right to change the Agent’s binding authority without prior notice.
