We have some exciting developments in our Personal Lines department. Effective immediately, we will be implementing the following credits when applicable for all eligible new business and renewals.
Available Personal Lines Credits:
- All companies – 5% loss-free credit on all personal lines business, excluding Mobile Home. **Eligible with 3-year loss runs at Underwriter discretion.
- Claverack-Dwelling fire – 5% credit where a total “gut” renovation has been completed. **Eligible if re-written to Midrox or Claverack, after renovation, is complete and the dwelling is occupied.
- Midrox & Claverack – 5% credit on any LLP. **Eligible with provided copy of current renter’s insurance dec page.
*All credits are subject to the Underwriter’s Approval.
**Maximum credits to receive is 5%.
