Installment Plan Options
Choose an installment plan to suit your budget, if your premium is over $300.
ANNUAL
Total premium including *fire fee, if any
4 PAYMENTS
25% of annual premium + installment fee $8 & *fire fee, if any (processed every 3 months for 4 payments)
5 PAYMENTS
20% of annual premium + installment fee $8 & *fire fee, if any (processed every other month for 5 payments)
12 PAYMENTS
Annual premium over 12 months + installment fee $4 & *fire fee, if any
*Fire fee, if applicable, is included in full on the first installment of each payment plan
RETURNED CHECKS: There will be a $20 service charge fee for any dishonored checks returned.
CANCELLATIONS: A $30.00 fee will be applied to your payment if we do not receive your payment by the due date shown on your premium notice and a notice of cancellation for non-payment is issued.
REINSTATEMENTS: A $20 fee will be applied to reinstate your policy after a cancellation based on non-payment.
